Chlor-Scale Roller Storage Trunnions are designed for the safe storage of ton containers of chlorine and sulfur dioxide at water and wastewater treatment plants. Storage Trunnions guarantee that the tanks will always be located in the correct spot and insure that tanks do not accidentally move.
The standard model uses UHMW polyethylene wheels on stainless steel axles to cradle the tank and allow rotation of the tank for valve positioning. Polyethylene is a self lubricating material eliminating the need for occasional greasing. The original bronze bushed bearing, zinc plated steel wheel design is still available upon request.

Performance Guarantee

If you are unhappy about the performance of one of our products in your chlorination or chemical feed application, you may contact your local distributor and request they begin the restock,refund or exchange process. Under the Performance Guarantee, for 30 days after receiving the product, you may return or exchange it for full purchase price refund or credit towards another Force Flow product. To qualify, all Performance Guarantee refunds or exchanges must be pre-approved by the factory service manager before returning the equipment to the factory.

FORCE FLOW warrants every single one of our products for a period of five years. If a failure occurs within the said period, the warranty extends from the date of FORCE FLOW's shipment, and liability is limited to repayment of the purchase price, repair or replacement of the equipment. All warranty work must be returned to the factory or a center designated by FORCE FLOW.
Service
Our policy is to get all repairs, warranty work and retrofits completed and shipped back to the customer within 48 hours of receiving them at our factory. Trained technicians and a large parts inventory makes this happen. We understand that there is nothing more frustrating than sending something back to the manufacturer and wondering when you will see it again. Two day turnaround—that is our policy! TYPICAL SPECIFICATION
ELECTRONIC INDICATOR
SOLO® G2
Scale shall be of the single load cell design. Weight shall be transferred via lever(s) to a single load cell of the shear beam strain gauge type. Flexible cable shall lead from the cell to allow easy remote installation of the readout and shall be _____ ft. (20'/6m standard) in length.
Indicator shall monitor__________(1 or 2 ) channels. The remote mounted LCD indicator shall carry CE marking and shall be housed in a NEMA 4X, UL approved enclosure. All operations shall be keypad operated & menu driven in order to avoid compromising the NEMA 4X seal at anytime. The alphanumeric LCD readout shall have backlighting for readability in low light conditions. Power requirement shall be ______________( 110 VAC, 220 VAC or 24 VDC)
A 6 digit numerical display shall give operator the ability to monitor chemical by weight (lb or kg) or volume (gallons or liters). A bar graph display shall read 0-100% for the net contents. A dual mode TARE key shall allow user to enter the tare weight of the vessel or enter the net weight of the chemical depending on application needs. A diagnostics menu shall allow recalibration without the need to apply field test weights. A user adjustable filter function shall stabilize display in the event of vibration from pumps or mixers in the immediate vicinity of the scale.
Indicator shall output net weight via a 4-20mA signal and full scale output shall be user adjustable via the keypad. Indicator shall have four adjustable set points to display low or high level conditions on the indicator.
OPTIONAL: Set points shall activate ______ (up to four) Form C Dry Contact Relays, 2A@30VDC, 60W Max Power, 220VDC Max Voltage
Scale shall carry a Full Five (5) Year Factory Warranty. “Limited” Warranties shall be considered unacceptable. Full accuracy shall be better than 1/4 of 1%. Scale indicator shall be SOLO® G2 Indicator, Model SRG2-___ (1 or 2 channel), as manufactured by FORCE FLOW, 2430 Stanwell Drive, Concord, CA 94520 USA (www.forceflow.com).
