General Description for Hydraulic:
When simplicity is your priority, the hydraulic Chlor-Scale is the solution. The Multiple hydraulic Chlor-Scale was developed to accommodate large municipal water and wastewater plants where multiple ton containers are manifolded together in order to satisfy high chemical demands. The platforms built-in roller trunnions safely cradle the ton containers and allow the operator to rotate the tank to position the valves for proper feeding.
A unique patented design uses a lever system to transfer load to a single hydraulic load cell. By using a single load cell, we have created an incredibly simple weighing device that eliminates the need for hydraulic totalizers and complicated installation procedures that go along with multiple load cell systems.
General Description for Electronic:
Large treatment plants often require multiple ton containers of chlorine or SO2 to be manifolded together in order to meet the high demand for chemical during the treatment process. The Multiple Electronic Chlor-Scale allows a whole “bank” of manifolded containers to be accurately monitored on a single scale.
The patented lever design of the Multiple Chlor-Scale uses just one load cell to monitor up to six manifolded ton containers. This design helps make the Chlor-Scale the most durable and reliable monitoring system ever created for ton containers. The lever design insures full scale accuracy of better than 0.25% and eliminates any chance of load cell damage from heavy handling of containers. Since the scale does not use a load cell summing box, there is no need for time consuming load cell balancing procedures that other scales require.
When combined with our Wizard 4000™ Advanced Data Weight Indicator, the Multiple Electronic Chlor-Scale lets you cross check your chemical feed rates, data logs the amount of chemical used for each of the past 30 days to insure government record keeping requirements are met and allows remote monitoring of the chemical from your PLC or SCADA system. Alarms warn of under and over feeding, low tank levels and also when supply has been completely exhausted. The Wizard 4000 can independently monitor up to four banks of tanks and all functions are menu driven for easy operation.

Under the Performance Guarantee, for 30 days after receiving the product, you may return or exchange it for full purchase price refund or credit towards another Force Flow product. To qualify, all Performance Guarantee refunds or exchanges must be pre-approved by the factory service manager before returning the equipment to the factory.

FORCE FLOW warrants every single one of our products for a period of five years. If a failure occurs within the said period, the warranty extends from the date of FORCE FLOW's shipment, and liability is limited to repayment of the purchase price, repair or replacement of the equipment. All warranty work must be returned to the factory or a center designated by FORCE FLOW.
Service
Our policy is to get all repairs, warranty work and retrofits completed and shipped back to the customer within 48 hours of receiving them at our factory. Trained technicians and a large parts inventory makes this happen. We understand that there is nothing more frustrating than sending something back to the manufacturer and wondering when you will see it again. Two day turnaround—that is our policy!
